CASE STUDY

InSite professionals prepared a pre-construction ALTA survey for Pier Village Phase 3 lots based upon the filed subdivision plat and title report. This survey showed easements based on the provided title binder, constructed buildings, structures, visible improvements, and site-specific underground utility locations. The survey was prepared in accordance with the standard detail requirements and classifications for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys as adopted by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (2016).
