CASE STUDY

InSite professionals prepared a Boundary and Topographic Survey for a two-lot site consisting of approximately 12 acres including the location of utilities with inverts within and adjacent to the outbound area. The survey was then used as the basemap for the site design of a 95,000 square-foot dough making facility. The survey was also used to support applications to the NJDEP for freshwater wetlands and flood hazard area approvals.
